Im on day 3 of atkins diet- peoples experience on this diet?

so i am on day 3 of the atkins diet, they say first 2 weeks should be limiting yourself to 20g of carbs max so i have transitioned to more foods with higher fat content and eating more lean meats and low carb tortilla/bread.

Has anyone been through the atkins 5 phase diet and how did it go for you?

    I started in May of 2016 and have lost 30 lbs so far, im sure if I was more consistent with my exercise and stopped messing up with wine every once in awhile I would probably have met my goal. But it's okay I feel alot better and im sure when it gets a little warm outside I will be more motivated to exercise more. I work 12 hour shifts and alot of overtime so I cant do as much as I would love to.
    My day is 22 or less carbs no breads ect

    oh i see thanks for the reply, have you been at 22 or less carbs throughout the whole period? i thought after the initial 2 weeks then we slowly have to increase the carbs. i am also trying to gain muscle so im trying to go more heavy on proteins

    Is it hard if you workout a lot ? I'm lucky to keep my carbs at 100, especially on heavy workout days
