OK, this is for the women. How many carbs do you take in daily? Anybody else struggle with carbs? I always go over!

I'm anywhere between 130 and 200g. It's summer here which means more fruit which equals more carbs. Plus we've recently had to start budgeting so my higher protein diet has temporarily been replaced by higher carb.

It has not affected my weight at all, as my calories have remained the same.

260? I love carbs. As long as I stay near my calorie goal, it doesn't matter if it's carbs, fats, or protein.

Um, in all honesty no idea. I'm naturally a protein heavy eater and that's my focus. I don't even worry about my carb number, it's usually nowhere near over but then some days I eat all the baked potatoes and crisps (chips) and I'm waaaay over. No biggie, do what works and keeps you satisfied.

I like not going too high because I'm just lean enough where I feel like I look a bit puffy on high carb.

250ish? I get a lot of protein too. I try to pay attention to all my macros, they're important for different reasons to me.

I seem to be landing around 200. I aim for my protein first. I do need to increase my emphasis on fats though, I seem to naturally hit low on those.

Omg, I never really looked until now! I hover around 100...rarely go over 150! I do purposefully limit bread, pasta, rice....part of my advanced age! Doctor told me to watch them specifically when I complained about my slowing metabolism!

It really depends on the day and how much exercise I do. I aim for 80-100 gms of protein and 40-50gms of fat as this fits into my recommended daily amount, and leave the rest to carbs, regardless of said ratios.

I don't really track macros but when I spot check it's around 200.
