Need some help or insight!

Let me start off by saying thank you to anyone that can help! To begin let me tell you about my job and the reason for this post. I work on a line boat, live on it for 28 days and home for 14. I work 6 hrs on and 6 off (5am till 11am/5pm till 11pm or 11-5 opposite) so I have limited time for working out and sleeping contacting my loved ones and all the many things you need to do in your off time. I've managed to at least fit in running 5mph for 1 to 2 miles a day on a treadmill along with some push ups and pull ups. I want to know if there is anyway to maximize my workout routine without overdoing myself (my job is physically demanding) I've been on this routine for 2months now and have only lost 2lbs/ part 2 is I believe I'm on a calorie deficit of 800. But I have no way of really knowing I've tried 3 diff bmr/tdee calculators and get diff results with each I'm 31 male 270lbs 5'7" I just needs some help pls anyone
