How does everyone stay on track all weekend?

I treat the weekend like any other day. If I know I'm going out to a big dinner or social event, I'll either plan for it earlier in the week so I have extra calories to spare, or I'll eat at maintenance for that day. Beyond that, Saturdays and Sundays are just like Tuesdays and Wednesdays when it comes to eating.1

I eat lower calorie during the week, and higher on weekends. I have a 1440 calorie a day allowance, but eat around 1200 on weekdays and around 2000 a day on weekends. Works for me.0
