Need to lose 7 stone but recently injured

Any suggestions that people have whether it's recipes or exercises I can do. Started off my weight loss journey well and lost 5lb in one week. Then dislocated my knee and feeling deflated.

Welcome to MFP.
Remember the old saying, "weight loss is in the kitchen, fitness is in the gym". You can do this. Start with a small calorie deficit, and track what you're eating. Let the exercise come as your knee heals.

Also, check with your doctor/physio what exercises you can do. Are you allowed pilates, swimming, walking? Excercise is not necessary for weight loss but is good for the mind and body so if you can do something gentle, do try.1
