New to cal counting

Hi all,

I am a foodaholic. I recently fell off the wagon after losing over 30 pounds on weight watchers. Good program, but it doesn't teach you about being off of the program. There are no "points" listed unless your buying all their branded merch.

So I came here, to get back in control of my eating habits, and learn how to eat properly in the real world.

Excited to be here, looking for motivating friends to be on this journey with! Here's to losing the 10 I gained back, plus the 10 to get to goal!
