These two Challenges are great for increasing stamina and mentality when it comes to pushing yourself.

The 500m row challenge in under 1m 40 seconds do it three times over with a minute two minute rest in between.

Treadmill challenge start at a pace of 10mph then every 5 mins take it up 1mph continue this for 30 mins.
