Fat loss

So I have been doing well as far as logging my foods and exercises daily. I am also losing weight. If I do what the app tells me will I lose fat too?

    I mean....yeah O_O If your in the proper calorie deficiency youll lose fat. Try not to go to low or youll also lose muscle, Although its common to lose muscle in a deficiency it can be minimized. Listen to what the app says based on your stats youll do fine.

    Get a food scale though. I know this thread has nothing to do with propper logging but its good advice for every topic :p Help with over/under eating unknowingly
