Planks/Planking not in MFP list

What would be a substitute for planking as they are not list in the MFP exercises?

    I plank for about 20 seconds at a time I probably burn like 1 calorie. I wouldn't even count it

    Planks aren't advertised for good calorie burns only for decent core strengthening.

    A better substitute would be barbell deadlifts or squats if you care to go that route.

    From the online version select the "My Exercises" tab.
    Click on the "Create Exercise" box and away you go.

    Trivial amount of calories but it lets you at least record what you have done if that's your aim.

    I can't imagine that planking would burn anything of any significance over and above your normal daily calorie burn so I wouldn't bother recording it.

    You could add comments in 'exercise notes' in your diary if you want to track how many or how long you managed?

    Perfect! Appreciate the feedback. I really didn't want to track the calorie burn as much as the time and also just having it recorded. Thanks
