Okay my daily calories to keep my body functioning is 2130. So I upped it to that. So the goal is to burn at least 500 a day. Did that sound right?
And I would not eat those back is that correct?

If calories to maintain your weight is 2130 and you burn 500 then you would be at 1630. So yes, you would lose weight, since you are 500 cals below what you need to maintain weight. If that's what you asking. ^^0

Do you mean your TDEE is 2130 or your BMR?
If that's your TDEE then that is your maintenance with exercise included. Therefore you need to eat less that that to lose weight.
If your BMR is 2130, although that seems rather high, then that does not include exercise or calories burned by activities of daily living. Therefore you would lose weight eating 2130.0 -

DAILY is 2130
so what number do I eat.
