I'm 40, have diabetes, and need to loose 5 stone.
I go to the gym 2-3 times a week, play badminton once a week, and try to swim once a week.
I'm a good junkie... and I struggle to eat healthily.
I'm determined to get my life turned around.

I'm 44, have refluxed veins and need to loose another 80 lbs. I take long walks when weather permits and when it doesn't, I do 35 minutes on a Nordic skier (will add 5 minutes once I'm comfortable with this workout). I'm vegetarian and eat reasonably healthy, with occasional treats that fit my calorie goal for the day.
