Small steps over the past year have led to 11lbs weight loss - I'm at 120lbs! I joined the gym and have been going on average 3 times a week. I've also been much more aware of controlling what I eat. I try aim to stick to 1200 calories per day but to be entirely honest I mainly do that on weekdays and then am still able to have a few cheat meals at the weekend. This means my weight loss hasn't been as quick as some people would like but I'm hoping now I can lose a few more lbs and then maintain it! (The hard part!). ☺

Hi amywebs18, I a returning member to MFP as of today. You have LOSS and that is success in my book any day. Hurrah for you. Keep going. MFP is a terrific way of tracking what you eat. Other people's expectations for weight loss have no bearing on what you are doing. Sounds like your plan is working and is tolerable for you. Thx for sharing. PJ
