Workout split/plan for Fat loss

Hello I'm 29yo 232lbs male looking for some help. Im looking to lose 70lbs and I'm looking for a workout plan/spilt to workout from home?? I have a bench, squat rack, barbell & dumbells. Can anyone recommend one please??
