If you were in charge of an event where you had to cook for 30ish people, what foods would you make? You have 1.5 hours to do this. You also have 9 people with you to help out prepare this meal. I've hosted this volunteer event a few times, we've made pizza, breadsticks, salad and brownies a few times. We've also made orange chicken, rice, chow mein, and cupcakes. I'm looking for ideas on what to make for my next event.

I'd buy more than 30 creampuffs.

That's actually a good idea. Might make cream puffs. Thanks.

I like chockchip muffins.... there easy. You could spice them up even by cuttting the top center out squirt in some whiped cream and push his hat pack on and sprinkle with icing sugar

1.5 hours isn't a long time. Do you have the facilities to cook for 30 people?

Taco bar. Lots and lots of pasta and meatballs. Or yeah, sandwiches, crackers, cheese, salad and other munchies.

Really depends on what you have available too. If there's only one oven, it's going to be a problem for cookies. Or just make a trifle with store bought stuff.
