Hard time meeting my calorie goals

I have an issue that may not seem like an issue to those of you trying to lose weight, so sorry for that, but...

I'm having trouble actually reaching my calorie goal. I find myself eating pizza and frozen yogurt just so I can hit 1,200 calories faster. I'm just not hungry half the time, and by dinner I'm forcing myself to eat so I don't wind up starving myself.

I have random days where I feel like I could eat an entire grocery store, but most days I'm just not hungry.
My typical day is I wake up, can't stomach breakfast, don't get hungry until around 1-2pm, eat a small lunch, and then come home to eat dinner, and I don't feel hungry at the end of the day from this routine.

Does this mean I'm too sedentary? A possible health issue? My BMI is around 20-21, but my body fat percentage is very high. I just don't really understand this stuff. I'd appreciate blunt honesty and no sugar coating, if necessary.

Thank you!

I agree, sometimes I hit the button to enter report. And it says I didn't eat enough but I ate a lot. Mostly fruit but it says it's not enough. I would like to see what others have to say as well. I also am not hungry in the mornings but I make myself eat A piece of fruit no matter what.

It seems like your body is in a "survival mode" as it's not getting enough calories. You should definitely eat more frequently - even if it means forcing yourself to eat at first. Try to eat 5 times a day, if you can, and DO NOT skip breakfast :)
