smoking/alcohol & exercise

Never had an overwhelming issue with either but since boosting my Rna to 15-20 miles a week ive noticed I rarely want either anymore. Still love a good craft beer or a glass of wine but never more then 2-3 and usually only once a week. As for smoking. That's down from 2-3 packs a week to almost half a pack. Was looking to cut back but didn't think over a span of five weeks this would happen. Anyone else have a similar story?
