Hi. My name is Ina. Started to run 5k almost 1year ago with time 25:30 . Today my time around 23:40.With your help would like to cut till 22min and to try run 10k. I am actively and motivated person,need friends who never give up on their goals like me

Good luck in your training. I'm training for my first 5K which will be in August. Right now I'm running around ~3K in around 17 minutes, so I'm looking to improve speed and resistance.1
