Hello everyone. This is my first post. I've just finished reading You on a Diet by Dr. Oz. After reading the book, I realized that I needed to join a support system. I'm looking forward to learning some things and losing around 50 lbs. Have a good day everyone. I'm looking forward to some new friendships.

    Welcome to MFP. I have found a great support on this site. I love how you can keep track of calories. protein, fiber, exercise, etc... I hope that you will enjoy this site as much as I do.

  • I have just started this website a couple days ago and it's really helping me with realizing and visually seeing me eat less calories than i burn off, helping me to see the progress i'm making.
