Lost a stone! :D

Weighed self this morning and yep, down a stone from when I started MFP :smiley:

so chuffed! and feeling so much better than last time when I dropped 2 stone but saw no real changes. This time I have arm and leg definition and I think my belly is getting smaller (measure on 22nd of each month so making myself wait)

    Putting this on here as I think it classes as a SV. But looking at a pullup bar to help grip strength etc (Convict Conditioning type things) and this is on the write up:

    Maximum user weight 95kg (14st 13lb).

    Thought, 'ahh crud! I am too heavy'

    *double take*

    NO I'M NOT! I am 2lbs under that!! hahahaha!! really weird thinking of self as 14st something!
