Does anyone know a good workout programme for fat loss ??

The best workout for fat loss is the one you'll do consistently in conjunction with a calorie deficit.2

Your program or exercise isn't where you get fat loss. You burn fat when you consume less energy (calories) than you expend. Regular exercise is going to increase your energy expenditure to some degree, it's not the exercise itself that is burning fat...so on that note, do what you enjoy doing and will be consistent with...I recommend a blend of cardiovascular exercise for your cardiovascular health and resistance training for muscle preservation as well as improved bone density and a host of other positives, including a nice physique when you've shed the fat.1

^ This right here. I prefer to lift 4 days a week, and 1-2 days of cardio/HIIT and through in some flexibility to work too.0
