Hard alcohol w/ diet soda.1

For beer, unfortunately, you have to stay away from all the good ones. The more watery and tasteless the beer, the lower the calories are going to be. It's one of life's cruelest jokes.
A great IPA ends up being a huge diet setback. Well, it is if you can consume eight of them in one party-day like I do.
Lately, I've been hitting gin and zero calorie tonic, but bars aren't going to carry the diet tonic. I've only been able to buy it in grocery stores.
So, yeah. Vodka and club soda. Bourbon or rum and Coke Zero.1 -
Beer is a no-no anyway its horrible lol0

Tequila shots...0

Wine, light beer, pure 80 proof spirits, spirits mixed with zero calorie sodas or tonic or etc, and champagne.
My personal go tos are spirits and tonic or white wine. Have fun0 -
I like vodka/water/lime cordial or vodka/water/lemon juice/sweetener0

Alcohol with diet soda, like rum & diet coke. And alternate. If you don't want others to know you're drinking light, then alternate a diet soda after each mixed drink. If you're not worried about that, then have a water between drinks. Will help you stay hydrated AND cut back on the calorie consumption.sarahlovesfood25 wrote: »Im going away "kid free" this weekend and this involves alot of pub crawling and drinks, what drinks r best to have "low calorie wise" as i still wana b "good"! Even low calorie alcoholic beverages are pretty calorific. A lite beer is 100 calories. A rum and diet coke is about 90 calories. Thats about as low as you can get while imbibing.0

Vodka and fresca. Its my go to drink. Fresca has zero calories0

Cava /prosecco are around 80cal per glass
Also clear spirits are low with diet soda
But be careful of tonic water as it's high1 -
Tonic has calories, seltzer is what you want. I'd just go with diet soda, I hate it but sometimes you have to make sacrifices for your goals. You could always do a shot on the rocks with some lime. Gin or tequila would be drinkable like this I would think.0
