Hey everyone,
Whilst I am not new to dieting, this is definitely the first time I am taking a clean diet seriously and I am actually very motivated.
This is actually my third week of healthy eating but I only decided today to start tracking everything so that if I go wrong, I can take note and change accordingly.
For me, I have decided to cut out carbs such as bread, pasta and rice as I feel a lot better for doing so. I am also trying my hardest to not consume so much refined sugar, so no sugary drinks or snacks for me.
I wondered if anyone could perhaps check out my diary entry for today and let me know if what I have eaten today will help me with my weight loss or halt me in any way?
I am also on day 3 of blogilates which I absolutely adore, and I have decided that I will be joining the gym at the end of the month to do some cardio once or twice a week along with the blogilates workout
Any advise would would be greatly appreciated
