For bodybuilding and strength/power, how can I do not at the same time? Perhaps. 4 week split?

If you want a predesigned program that addresses strength and hypertrophy, then PHUL might work, but that depends on how long you have been lifting and if there are any other goals.0

Phul is the best solution here as was mentioned previously. Brandon Campbell PHUL, there is a muscle and strength article out there that covers it well.0
