Goal

So I have a lifeguard class the first week of June. I currently weigh 192 lbs and am working to get to the 160-170 range by then. My goal is set up to 2 lbs a week. Every morning I rotate lifting weights and getting on my treadmill, and in the evening I go to the nine rounds gym in my neighborhood. I calculated it and MFP said I could lose 32 lbs by then!

15 weeks? More likely not but whatever you do now will get you closer then if you didn't do anything at all. Start tracking your intake accurately, get into a deficit but nothing too crazy. Eat back some or all of your exercise calories. You can do this! Good luck!1
