    Options
    Consistent moderate calorie deficit to lower overall body fat. You CANNOT target fat loss on any part of the body with exercise, or eating certain foods. The only way to target fat loss from an area on the body is with surgery.

    To add, including resistance training and adequste protien to help maintain muscle mass will provide for an improved look.
