Im new to tracking lol I'm 5'1, 18 years old, and trying to maintain at 110 llbs. I lift/strengh train 5-6 days a week because I enjoy it and ideally id like to eventually compete in a lifting competition once i get my technique better. With that being said, I never do cardio because I don't enjoy it. Do i qualify as "very active" even though I dont do cardio? MPF put my "very active" maintence calories at 2180 is that too much or does it sound about right?

MFP's activity level doesn't include exercise. Base it on what your daily life is like (i.e. if you're just a student, choose sedentary and then log your workouts afterwards to get a few more calories).0
