Keto Breakfast/Light Lunch ideas?
I don't like preparing breakfast in the morning, nor do I eat it. I've been eating yogurt and bagels in the morning. The bagels will go once I get into keto. Need breakfast/light lunch ideas that aren't egg cups!! Can only eat those for so longn before they drive me crazy. I have one large meal, and then a light meal with a snack or two in between. I need something easy for my first meal to meal prep and then eat while at my desk. I'll eat around 12, and my second meal will be after 2 o'clock. Will eat a decent snack for dinner because my cut off time is 8 o'clock and I don't get home until 7:30 generally. Let me know!

I had egg salad this morning. Two hard boiled eggs, half an avocado and 1 tbsp of may, salt and pepper. I would have added some bacon bits but I was out.1

Cloud bread and butter? Or nuts and seeds, Or I have a low-carb protein shake with almond milk and chia seeds (Soak the chia seeds first) You can also find some low-carb breakfast/granola bars online. I'm sure ibreatheimhungry has a breakfast bar.0

You'll probably want to get rid of the yogurt too, unless it's straight from the animal, and even so, portion sizes will have to be reduced by around 75% to stay lower carb. Whole Milk and Full-Fat products are sought and prized.1

I have been enjoying cooking up a big pan of kale & mushroom saute on Sundays and have a portion of it in the morning with a fried egg on top

When I am burned out on eggs I eat premade sausage patties (210 cal, 20g fat, 0g carbs) or make sausage balls on the weekend with cheese and almond flour and keep them in the fridge and microwave in the mornings0
