Well, the good news is that when I downloaded the app to my relatively new phone, mfp told me that I already had an account. I had forgotten, figured out my password, and found that since May 2012 and last week when I logged on again, I had lost 15 lbs. Then, the first week another 4.7 No way am I thinking "I got this" I do know that it is progressive, and to just stick with it. I recently hurt my knee and cannot get on my elliptical, thank god it is summer and I can get in a pool. I am 54, 5'9, and just want to be healthy. I am a widow since 2009, so for me, this is not about being attractive as much as it is about health. Spiritual, physical and mental. Plus, I want to travel in February and less weight makes walking easier.....I am starting with a 10% goal.....gonna do it, dammit!
