I do and with the threads I've seen here, I think my fat intake is too low. YEAH, I get to eat my favorite breakfast, avocado toast, again!!

Fiber powder or gummies, they are just good to take regularly

All of these wonderful suggestions! What I have found works the best for me is three dates after my breakfast gets things moving. Four dates are too many! But three is just right.

Coffee, water, 25g of fiber a day and I poop like clockwork every morning.

Ibuprofen seems to give me the opposite effect unfortunately.

I tried chia seeds (I was gifted a bag) and that did not take long to have run to the bathroom!

    I have chronic IBS-m.

    During a c phase, I:
    -drink more water
    -do abdominal massage
    -warm coffee
-heat pad on the stomach area
    - go for walks
    - Have some prunes
    - Consume miralax
    -increase fat
    -increase magnesium.

    During a d phase I:
    -stay hydrated
    -drink electrolytes
    -do BRAT for a while
    -slowly increase fibre
-stay by the mighty white throne
-pray my intestines don't fall out
    -apply ice/cool to my abdomen.
-no coffee. I'm going to be cranky, anyway.
    -decrease fat if too high
    -cut back on magnesium

I've found that since I've started to ensure I get the five serves of vegetables and two serves of fruit I have no problems in this area and its awesome! Also my skin is starting to look great. If its too hard to get in all of that vegetable, I recommend all bran and dried fruit especially prunes too. As well, drink lots of water. Its helpful to track your cups of water each day. For every cup of caffeine you have, you should replace that with two cups of water as caffeine dehydrates you.
