fat2fit ratios advice?

hi, i am very new to this site. i read in one of the forums about fat2fit and took a look.

I am 5'2 138 lbs and 33 years old.
I have been as high as 260 and as low as 69. (not an excuse, but i have hashimotos and pcos, and have had some trouble in the past keeping my thyroid levels under control.)

here is what i've been given:
BMR: 1400
RMR: 1380
TDEE: 1670
BF% 23.7
Goal weight should be 128lbs.

how accurate are these numbers?
looking at myself in the mirror, i have more than 10lbs to lose.

also, a silly question but of all of these numbers, what exactly should i be eating? 1400? 1600?
most days i struggle to get it up to 1000.
