Hi Guys

Been doing okay with my diet recently but for the next 2 months in living out of a hotel.

So I need some advice on how to sustain a healthy diet without the ability to cook or really prepare anything. I have a supermarket and I can eat out.

Any help is appreciated.

bring a scale for measuring fresh stuff that has no label.

stuff with labels trust the whole package weight, still weigh how much of it you eat for number of servings to use.

Eat out at places with calorie info on their dishes, more inaccurate than labels, but better than those with no info and you guessing database items that are close with no idea of weight actually eaten.

Healthy is for nutrition and what your body needs.

The diet part of your question could frankly be met eating at Burger King and McDonalds with pretty decent estimates of calories eaten - even they have some "healthy" options depending on what that means to you. (Wendy's chili and baked potato).
For diet, just need to eat less than you burn.

That's if you mean "diet" as in losing weight, not "diet" as in the way you eat, in which case calories doesn't matter, and just go to grocery store and don't worry about measurements.

hotels have microwaves and stoves dont they? My favorite microwave meal is potatoes......then cut em up and top with a mix of tuna and mushroom soup. Only takes a plate a bowl and a knife. yummy. Eat it daily and i hate tuna XD
