Broken toe looking for alternative exercise suggestions

Hi, I have recently been trying to slowly add exercise into my life. I had started by trying to walk 9,000 steps or more a day. However I slipped and broke my toe on Sunday which is making it very difficult to maintain my steps goal, so I am looking for suggestions for upper body workouts that I can do without going to the gym. I am just looking for a way to burn some calories while I am sort of laid up. Thanks
