Organic apple cider vinegar

So ive heard that taking some apple cider vinegar everyday helps out with cholesterol, weight loss and many other things. I just started trying it out. Is anyone else doing it and seeing results?

    It won't help with weight loss, and probably not most of the other things that you listed. ACV has been touted as a weight loss aid since the 1970s, probably even longer. If it worked, everyone would know about it already.

    Does NOTHING for weight loss. Just the latest fad for people looking for shortcuts.

    It still basically comes down to CICO. No gimmicks, no shortcuts.
