I can promise that it's going to take much longer than 3 days to see progress. Depending on whether you're in a surplus or deficit it could take upwards of 3 months for results. Just out of curiousity, what exactly is a physique workout? But good on you for getting into it and putting the effort in

Contrary to popular belief, there is very little fat burning going on just about any lifting regimen. The wording they use on many programs are designed to get you to buy and use them.
Nothing wrong with the actual workout. Just don't believe everything they say when it comes to "burning fat", "getting ripped" etc.

kind of sounds like circuit-training for guys. and if it's like the one time i put myself through 'girl' circuit training, it's definitely going to make you stronger in the long term. that's assuming it fails to kill you, of course

not my style, but if you're liking it then go you.
