Hi!
When I earn kcals from exercise, and if I presume it is accurate, and I want to eat those extra kcals. Should I subtract 70 kcals an hour (the kcals I burn by doing "nothing" per hour), or are they already subtracted?

it's up for interpretation, but i don't think they're already subtracted. try it that way and track the scale and your energy levels for a few weeks0
