looking for new ideas for food and exercises!

Hello everyone, my name is Misti, I'm married and a mother of four ranging from 5 to 17 years. I've been on MFP for awhile off and on, but just recently steady for almost 2 months. I've lost 14lbs so far dieting and doing the Shred Revolutionary Diet. I'm just curious what other diets or foods are people eating to lose weight? What works for you and what exercises are you doing? I get bored doing the same exercises and need to do something different especially to burn calories. So what exercises work to burn fat and the most amount of calories? I can definitely use some input and more friends. If you would like to add me or if I can add you for more motivation that would be great! Thanks in advance! :smile:
