I read somewhere that our appetites peak around 8pm. This has certainly been true for me! I started drinking a fiber drink (and water) around 4pm which helps me control my hunger until dinner is ready. If I am hungry later in the evening, I measure out my snack to control calories consumed.

Definitely the same here. I save 60% of my daily calories for 7:00pm - 9:00pm.0

I save 100% of my calories on days i dont work (i walk an hour and a half yo get there plus its a heavy lifting job high step that can last up to 14 hour shifts so not eating before it sounds disasterous)
But i save 100% for after 3pm. I love it i dont get hungry until i begin to eat. Helps me eat more in a shorter period and still have calories for my bedtime bagel i cant sleep without0 -
I eat all my calories in the mid to late afternoon through evening.0
