WANT TO LOSE 3 STONE IN 6 MONTHS

Hi everyone.
I had a RTA last year which caused me to severely damage my leg and foot which has obviously led to me doing 0 excercise and emotional eating in the last year. This resulted in gaining over 3 stone which has devastated me. Walking and be active again, I feel like I've forgotten how to be healthy! Any advice will help?
I'm a great cook so keep an eye out for some of my recipes coming up :#
