Grocery Apps with "Master List" feature?

I'm looking for an app that lets me create a "Master Grocery List" - like all of the things I'd ever buy. I want to be able to create weekly shopping lists from the master list by just tapping items I need that I'm out of, without altering the master list. So I guess sub-lists that I can check off items from. Admittedly I haven't downloaded every list app, but I've gone through several and they don't seem to have this capability.

Does anyone know of anything like this?

I use ListPro. I've created a list that has the items, location in my house, store and area of store.

I sort it by location in my house and go through and flag items that I need.
Then I filter to just flagged items and sort by store/area. As I check things they fall to the bottom.

When I'm done, I clear all the checks and flags and start again.

X2. The fact that lists can sync between devices is awesome if the same person doesn't get to the store all the time.
