Anyone in Roanoke VA looking for workout partner?

Hi there fellow MFP members! I live in the Roanoke VA area and I’m not only looking for MFP friends to provide motivation and support to one another BUT I’m also looking for a workout partner or partners in the Roanoke, VA area. I belong to Green Ridge Rec and currently workout twice a week with a group of 5-6 ladies ranging in age from about 35 to 55 two days a week. I want to get back in the gym 4 to 5 days per week like I used to. I would love to find a female workout partner (or partners) with similar goals as me who is interested in working out at the gym a few days a week (and maybe even outdoor fitness activities during the warmer weather). Working out with someone who has similar goals would be a great source of motivation and accountability for each, can push you to go further than you would working out on your own, and is a lot more fun!
A little more about me…I’m an experienced exerciser, about to turn 49, married with a 22 year old son, and not that long ago I was 120 pounds and 19.5% body fat. I felt amazing! “Life” got in the way these last 14 months and while I’m not in terrible shape, I gained back 15 pounds and put back on about 8% body fat. I want to be as healthy as I can be. My goals are to get back close to where I was and lose 6 to 8% body fat and lose 10-15 pounds and clean up my eating a little more. I enjoy a variety when working out - free weights, weight machines, and doing cardio…including HIIT workouts and circuit training. I can work out most Mondays, Wednesdays and/or Fridays from 5:30ish to 6:30ish and on Saturdays or Sundays. Anyone interested in stepping up their game with a workout buddy?
