When carbs get too low

That's a crazy small amount. Thanks orphia x Cld be because there's a lack of study into it. And I'm not an elite athlete. Just a plain Jain wanting to lose weight and sustain a healthy range. Minimising complex carbs and processed foodd does work, but for me, as I said, was difficult as at that time I was lazy and unmotivated.

Just eat what makes you satisfied, and stay within your calorie limit.
That's how I lost 80 lbs, and then have maintained my goal weight for 10 months and counting.2
