Vegan Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce

No need for an introduction, it's sauce. So lets get to it!

Makes 4 1 cup servings

The stuff!

656g Cauliflower
20g Nutritional yeast (I use bragg brand)
355ml Almond breeze, almondmilk cashewmilk blend (blue diamond brand)
10g Garlic powder
salt to taste

The method!

Cut cauliflower into even sized chunks, rinse, steam until tender. It's okay if you over cook them.
Place steamed cauliflower and all the other ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth.

Done! Enjoy on pasta or other veggies. You could probably eat it as a soup as well.
