I've been going to PF for several months. When I use the weight machines out on the floor, I'm fine, but when I try to do the machines in the circuit room, my poor arms get so sore I can't extend them. By the next day, I look like a T-Rex! What gives? The obvious solution is to skip the circuit, but I like the burn! I'm trying to figure out if it's the bicep machine or the tricep machine I need to skip. Thoughts?

Skip both machines and see if that makes a difference. The next time, skip bi and do tri., The next time, do bi but skip tri. By then you should have your answer.0

DOMS lessens over time. So another approach you could take would be to just keep doing the exercises in the circuit room as is. The worst is probably behind you now anyway.0

Biceps are on the front of your arm, triceps on the back.
Biceps also work whenever your arm flexes, like on the lat pulldown, and triceps work when your arm extends, like the chest press and shoulder press.0 -
Instead of quitting the exercises, try decreasing the weight or reps for a workout or two and see if things improve. Are you doing the circuit on a regular basis? If so, the soreness should lessen with time...But don't be surprised if it returns for a workout or two when you increase weight again.0
