Cravings help!!!!!

Hello everyone. Recently I have been battling with craving certain foods. I crave both health and junk foods. One minute I could be doing something and then the next minute food is on my mind.what should I do to avoid giving in? Any tips? Thanks by the way.

    If it fits in your calorie goal have some.

    I don't restrict foods because it only feeds that need for it later for me. I do not however bring junk food into my house except in small single servings (one serving not a box of single servings).

    How many calories are you eating? This can be caused by restricting your food too much
