Let's talk about good exercises to do

I think a few good excercises would be to run,jog,and upper body fitness

I love doing jumping jacks cause its easy-to-do and requires full body workout1

Swimming, skipping, cycling and whole body workouts.0

for core : plank, sit ups, dragonlips/ reverse crunches, burpees, bowl/plate position
-original one: go ti a playground, hook feet onto a swing, push up position and lift knee to elbow back and forth slowly
for arm muscle : dips, push ups, side arm planks, jogging with 1-5kg of weights.
for legs : croak walk (so in push up position and take short steps to walk, back straight, like a frog), squats, modified squats( but no need to move and keep legs wide apart like doing a split and keep feet 45 degrees outwards, lean back to have a straight back, dont lean forward at all, stay still, for like 3 minutes.)0
