Personal Development; Training for life

Hi there, I'm Grace (NZ). After having spent half my life reading every fitness and Nutrition study and article I could find, for the most unhealthy of reasons, I decided to put my passion for helping people and knowledge to good use.
I'm studying Personal Training, and I'm on my own mission for personal development. I want to take a good grip on my training goals, and nourish my body to do it. I want to compete in power lifting, so I need to make the weight class I plan to compete in. I could revert to 'old habits' but ! I've been weight restored for too long to throw it away. Regardless, starvation is not conductive to any form of strength.
I'm looking for guys' gals' and pals to talk to along the journey of life. Just some friends to be supported by, and support (bonus if you lift! I've been needing a spotter).
I can offer some cool recipes, a little knowledge and way too many encouraging quotes.
