255 tops and 147 is the lowest. right now is 156 and I am gaining back some fat bcuz I lost too much. Eating 4000 calories a day after dieting @ 1700 for almost a year

Oh yum they look so nice! I've just had an extra scoop of chocolate peanut butter protein powder to satisfy my chocolate craving, now I'm too full1
