Made settings public. Have a look if you feel inclined and provide guidance. I seem to be having trouble lately getting enough calories. I've had a few times where sodium and "sugar" have gone over and these are some of the categories that concern me most. When I go over in fat and protein, I don't sweat it because it's usually good fat that pushes me over the threshold.
Anyway, have a look and see if I can tweak it a bit.

Well, I'm not an expert but what seems to stand out to me is that some days you're just having two meals, and never any snacks. That might work totally fine for you, but I like to eat fairly often, and especially if you're under your cals, maybe you should keep doing what you're doing, but definitely eat all 3 meals, and just throw in some healthy snacks maybe twice a day (think nuts, fruit, yogurt, even a small sandwich).
If you're worrying about sodium and sugar, I'd definitely suggest more unprocessed foods - lean meats and veggies. A surefire way of doing this is just making the time to prepare more of your foods yourself rather than buying pre-made or pre-packaged foods. I'm not one of those fanatics going crazy overboard on clean eating - still totally treat yourself in moderation, but if you do want to limit sodium and sugar, eating "cleaner" will help you accomplish that.0 -
Eat better food. You waste a lot of calories on processed junk and yet don't reach your budget. Eggs, full fat dairy, peanut butter, nuts, avocado, oils, meats, provide needed calories and some nutrition. Processed cereals, anything that says McDonald's in front of it or came out of a box isn't going to be nutritious. Have snacks, eat 3 meals a day. Start off with a good breakfast.0

Just looked at your diary for today (the 21st), did I read it wrong or was there a two egg omelet for 100 calories. 1 large egg is listed at 60 calories and that is with nothing else added, from what I have read a small egg has 54 calories (both in MFP and in other calorie counters. Just curious.
Having said that - when you eat and how you eat is up to you (barring some medical condition). What ever works for you - I am sure there are some people on here who would have a heart attack if they read my diary.0
