Hi All;
I just joined and I have to say I'm hooked, I have a half marathon and then the London marathon in 2014 that I'm working towards and the ability to pair this with my Runtastic apps is exactly what I was looking for, now I know what I've done and how much more I need to do, as well as what else I have to cut out, my sodium being the first point of concern.
Anyway, as I'm here I thought I'd say hello and see if I can make any MFP friends to help spur me on and to whom I give encouragement also.
