Fitbit/Exercise/Calories

This picture is of today's calories in, burned and remaining. The "exercise" calories are based on my steps for the day. I haven't started exercising but I'm a SAHM who chases a 2 & 5 year old all day.. so just a lot of movement. Should I be eating these calories? I know they're just an estimate and I'm not super hungry so I don't think I really need to.. can someone please help? Thank you

I found when I started, my fitbit goal was considerable lower than my MFP goal and it was over correcting that - so first I would say to verify that info. Then maybe adjust your activity level to match better.
But yes, your deficit is supposed to be without exercise so the extra calories burned should be eaten (some of them at least)0
